Position Overview: You will play a important role in promoting and selling our State Farm Insurance products to prospective and existing clients, as well as providing remarkable customer service for retention. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Educating clients on various insurance products and insurance coverage options.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond, for retention.
- Staying updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer informed advice to clients.
- Develop new customers
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven record of success
- Positive - Coachable
- Energetic and Enthusiastic
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Able to easily Build Rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bilingual Spanish or other language helpful
- Current or recent insurance agency experience preferred
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required or able to acquire prior to office training

This in-office position is with a State Farm Insurance Agent's office, not State Farm Companies.
IMPORTANT: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required or able to acquire prior to office training. We'll provide you information how to acquire if you're not licensed now.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
