State Farm Insurance Agency seeks an "in-office" Insurance Account Representative-Agent Team Member to join their team. Insurance experience and Insurance Licenses are preferred, but we’ll train the right person with the right skill set. However, you'll need to acquire the Illinois Insurance Licenses asap if unlicensed.

Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Insurance service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate insurance customers about insurance options and close the sale
- Network to develop prospective insurance customers and be able to close sale for all leads provided by agency and self-developed

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.

- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
