Full job description
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician II for our 300 unit residential community located in Stonecrest, GA!

Your role as Maintenance Renovation Technician is critical to success. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
Maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses!!
Your “Day to Day”:
- Responsible for the unit renovation project at the community.
- Helping with work orders
- Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing
- Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked
- Tracking inventory used
- Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs
Qualifying Accomplishments:
- Prior experience in multi-family housing
- HVAC Certified (Is a bonus)
- Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
