Our agency has been proudly serving our community since August 2021, but my journey with State Farm began in June 2014, including time spent working at Corporate State Farm. This experience has given me valuable insights into the company and a strong foundation for building a successful agency. We’re a dynamic team of 8, with 4 full-time and 4 part-time members, all working together in a fun, relaxed, yet goal-oriented environment. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shay Brown - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shay Brown - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
