We are seeking a Program Director who is fun, has high energy, is happy, and is enthusiastic about helping lead team members along with the Gym Director! No gymnastics experience is necessary, but must be willing to learn and be coachable. Must be able to move with kids and hold them through gymnastics movement.

Required travel by plane to an established gym for learning skills, proper gymnastics spotting, and front desk training during the week of February 26, 2025-March 2, 2025!

Pay Rate:
$15.00-$17.00 an hour

Shift and Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 3:00-8:00 pm
Saturdays 8:00-2:00 pm with potential for more based on birthday party booking. As The Little Gym grows, these hours will increase.

Teaching Details:
Parent/Child gymnastics (4m-3y)
Pre-K gymnastics (3-5y)
Grade School gymnastics (6-12y)
Birthday parties, Camps, Parent Survival Nights

What we expect from you:

Work alongside the Gym Director in daily operations such as making calls, answering emails, and covering the front desk.
Ensuring that all instructors are properly trained for each class by completing weekly lesson plans and maintaining training in The Vault.
Lead weekly team meetings for evening instructors.
Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
Actively teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (Don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experiences- our members are family here.
Maintain a clean facility and contribute as a team player to get work done.
Follow the safety rules and guidelines of TLG and TLG handbook.

Customer Communications:

Deliver exceptional customer service.
Communicate students' skills and growth to parents.
Have open and strong relationships with parents.

Qualifications:

Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
Excellent social skills and comfort in interacting with parents.
High energy and positive attitude.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new teaching methods.
Must be a team player.
