The Pharmacy Technician Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of prescription medications and other pharmacy products to patient homes. This role requires experience as a pharmacy technician as well as a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

The Pharmacy Technician Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of prescription medications and other pharmacy products to patient homes. Key Responsibilities
· Pick up and deliver prescriptions and other pharmacy products to patients' homes and medical facilities.
· Verify patient information and delivery addresses to ensure accurate deliveries.
· Maintain an accurate log of deliveries, including recipient signatures and delivery times.
· Handle prescription medications with care and follow all pharmacy protocols to ensure the integrity and security of the products.
· Handle confidential patient information.
· Provide excellent customer service and address any patient inquiries or concerns during deliveries.
· Adhere to all traffic laws and safety procedures while driving.
· Adhere to wearing a body camera and video monitoring while operating a company vehicle.

· Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
· Assist with general pharmacy tasks as needed, including, but not limited to inventory management and packaging prescriptions.

Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Clean Criminal Background check.
· Previous experience as a pharmacy technician.

· Previous experience in a delivery role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling prescriptions.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Must be able to lift and carry heavy packages.
· Spanish-speaking preferred.
Working Conditions
· Frequent travel within the service area to perform deliveries.

· Potential evening and weekend shifts depending on delivery schedule.
· Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
