POSITION: Associate Executive Assistant

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you a self-starting, self-sufficient, highly organized individual looking for an opportunity to have a key role in supporting a fast-paced business owner? Our office is looking for an Executive Assistant to assist us in our mission of helping clients achieve safety and security of their families and their homes, business, and most prized possessions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Schedule client appointments/meetings
  • Answer phones and greeting clients at the front door
  • Coordinate with office events
  • Order office supplies
  • Research and prepare reports / presentations
  • Keep databases up to date and accurate
  • Schedule team events
  • Maintain confidential information
  • Follow through on any outstanding projects
  • Various industry specific tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication – both verbal and written
  • Good-natured, positive attitude
  • Self-directed initiative
  • A desire for continuous learning
  • Detail oriented with a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to adhere to complex regulatory and compliance requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associates Degree
  • 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a busy office
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite (MUST)
  • Advanced Skills calendaring - schedule is key for our office
  • Experience with CRM systems. Ideal if you have an insurance background.
Compensation: $28.00 per hour
