Jarvis Smart Homes is seeking an experienced Lead Technician to join our team. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers to understand their needs, assessing the project requirements, removing the old equipment, and installing new cables. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has an excellent understanding of electrical equipment.

Job Responsibilities

As Lead Technician, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·      Performing installation, programming and other low-voltage technician duties as necessary.
·      Leading and managing a team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of home automation systems.
·      Developing work schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring productivity and quality.
·      Training and mentoring junior technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
·      Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction.
·      Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system updates.
·      Managing inventory and ordering parts and materials as needed.
·      Delivering a white glove customer service experience.
·      Overseeing job site preparation and cleanup.
·      Performing other duties as assigned.
