Your Role:

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based, client-focused therapy
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation per company guidelines
  • Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
  • Use creative approaches tailored to each client’s needs and goals
  • Coordinate care with families, schools, and healthcare providers as needed
  • Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development
  • Support our mission to make mental health care approachable and connected to the community

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
  • Registered with the BBS as AMFT, APCC, or ASW
  • Actively pursuing licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist)
  • Experience writing treatment plans and clinical documentation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries
  • Comfort working with a diverse client population
  • Familiarity with google suite and EHR systems (Valant is a plus)
  • Fully licensed clinicians encouraged to apply—insurance credentialing is a bonus



Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
