Your Role:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based, client-focused therapy
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation per company guidelines
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
- Use creative approaches tailored to each client’s needs and goals
- Coordinate care with families, schools, and healthcare providers as needed
- Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development
- Support our mission to make mental health care approachable and connected to the community
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
- Registered with the BBS as AMFT, APCC, or ASW
- Actively pursuing licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Experience writing treatment plans and clinical documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Comfort working with a diverse client population
- Familiarity with google suite and EHR systems (Valant is a plus)
- Fully licensed clinicians encouraged to apply—insurance credentialing is a bonus
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
