Level III Residential Treatment Facility
Position Overview
Direct Care Staff provide direct supervision and support to youth in a Level III Residential Treatment Facility. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while assisting residents with daily routines, behavior support, and life skills development in accordance with each client’s treatment plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 supervision to ensure safety and well-being of residents
- Support behavior management plans and reinforce positive behaviors
- Assist with daily living skills including hygiene, meals, chores, and routines
- De-escalate crises using approved techniques and trauma-informed care
- Complete timely documentation (shift notes, incident reports, behavior logs)
- Transport residents to school, appointments, and community activities (as assigned)
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB test
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with youth in residential or behavioral health settings
- Education in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Crisis intervention or behavior management training
Skills Needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Consistent and fair in enforcing facility rules
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
Work Environment
- Residential treatment setting for youth with emotional/behavioral challenges
- Physically active role; must be able to respond to behavioral crises

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Mega Touch Concepts provides therapy, care and support in a structured family setting to help at risk children, children in crisis and children with behavioral issues to become productive men and women of society. The Mega Touch Concepts staff has over 30 years of experience in mental health, behavioral health and care-giving. We are passionate about making a difference in our youth by supporting, teaching and developing each client based on his/her individualized needs.
Our program provides a safe, secure family environment in a supportive atmosphere to aid children and adolescents in becoming productive men and women of society. Our provides individualized cognitive behavior therapeutic treatment plans, which promote engagement and positive reinforcement.
