🩺 What You'll Do as an OT:

Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized care plans
Assess home environments for safety and fall risk
Recommend and coordinate adaptive equipment needs
Deliver interventions that increase client independence
Educate family members and caregivers
Document evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries
Communicate changes in condition with the DON and physician

✅ What You Need:

Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
Completed required supervised fieldwork
Licensed OT in Texas
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong documentation and communication skills
Adherence to HIPAA and client confidentiality standards
Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality care
