Performance Enhancement Specialist – Female Coach Opportunity
- Athletic background (collegiate, high-level high school, or competitive sport preferred)
- 1+ year of experience coaching youth and/or adults
- Confident in designing performance programs for speed, agility, strength, and conditioning (1-on-1 and group training)
- A positive, energetic personality with a coach-first mindset
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, or related field
- Familiarity with Glenview/North Shore schools & sports community
- Experience across multiple formats: small group, 1-on-1, team training, and classes
