- $33.00/hr (5 years of experience)
- $36.30/hr (10 years of experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Free-Standing Emergency Room in Tallahassee, FL. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing critical care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an emergency room setting.
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with established policies and protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with documentation requirements.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Certifications:
- Minimum education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- At least 1 year of recent acute care Emergency Room RN experience.
- Active certifications in:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Experience in free-standing emergency room environments is a plus.
