Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. The BCBA will oversee and implement in-home ABA services, working collaboratively with families and a team of RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver personalized and effective interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide direct support and consultation to families, fostering collaboration and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders as required.
Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for in-home visits).

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
