Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. The BCBA will oversee and implement in-home ABA services, working collaboratively with families and a team of RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver personalized and effective interventions.

The BCBA will oversee and implement in-home ABA services, working collaboratively with families and a team of RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver personalized and effective interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide direct support and consultation to families, fostering collaboration and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders as required.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for in-home visits).
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
