We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales operations within the pharmaceutical sector. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of innovative sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record in sales management.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and institutions.
- Regularly evaluate team performance using key metrics and provide coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a sales manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
