Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Pivoting conversations to introduce and promote additional products and services that meet customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
