Sales Representative Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be on promoting our products and services while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help refine product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
