- Oversee all aspects of operations for three Pure Barre studios.
- Provide strategic leadership to sales teams and studio staff.
- Drive business growth by achieving membership and retail sales goals.
- Build and develop high-performing, motivated teams.
- Manage studio sales team schedules and operations to meet business needs. With input on class schedule and work with Lead Teachers to ensure it is complete with teachers and all in studio events are listed.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality member experiences across all locations.
- Monitor and achieve monthly membership and revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to increase membership retention and recurring revenue.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews.
- Handle member cancellations, retention tasks, and member retention reports.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Lead generation including grassroots marketing to expand our reach in the community
- Create monthly membership referral programs
- Proficiency in gym management software and POS to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Proficiency in social media Instagram + Instagram reels
- Experience with retail sales, merchandising + inventory control preferred.
- Proven experience in fitness, sales, or business management, ideally in a multi-unit capacity.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Passion for fitness and the Pure Barre brand.
- 3+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
- Previous multi store management or supervisory experience required
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
- Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software. Proficient in Quickbooks + Canva
- College Degree preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability
- Ability to travel to California for initial training/may also be virtual
- Salary plus quarterly bonuses and monthly commission on new member sales.
- Quarterly bonuses based on retail goals.
