We are seeking a progressive Registered Nurse with IV Infusion experience who is passionate about growth and eager to learn about the evolving health and wellness industry.

 

Job Description:

As a Part-Time/Per Diem Nurse at The DripBaR Boca Raton, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients. You will utilize your nursing expertise to recommend the most suitable IV drip treatments based on clients' needs, conditions, and goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·      Connect with clients to understand their health and wellness goals and recommend appropriate IV drip treatments

·      Perform assessments, including vital signs and auscultation of lung sounds, to ensure safe and effective administration of IV therapy

·      Administer intravenous catheters with an aseptic technique, adhering to 797 Compliance standards

·      Provide exceptional customer service and suggestive selling to enhance client satisfaction and promote additional services

·      Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to complete administrative tasks and respond to inquiries from clients and team members

·      Demonstrate proficiency in using web-based applications for managing prospect and customer relationships (training provided)

·      Support other team members and follow up on pending inquiries to ensure timely resolution

 

Qualifications/Skills:

 

·      Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

·      Current and valid State of Florida nursing license

·      Emergency Room experience preferred with STRONG phlebotomy skills 

·      Current CPR/AED for Healthcare Provider certification

·      Current ACLS certification

·      Experience in weight loss and chemotherapy 

·      Strong customer service and suggestive selling skills

·      Ability to learn and adhere to 797 Compliance standards

·      Proficiency in computer skills and office equipment

·      Problem solver, active listener, and great communicator
