Fort Monmouth Day Program is a DDD/Medicaid-approved day habilitation program located in historic Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. Our mission is to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where adults with developmental disabilities can learn, grow, and thrive. We are dedicated to empowering individuals through creative courses, comprehensive skill development, active community engagement. By fostering an enriching environment, we aim to help our participants achieve their personal objectives, forge meaningful connections, and experience a fulfilling life that extends far beyond the walls of our program.
