As a sales professional, you will be responsible for customer acquisition of residential homeowners, presenting and explaining the environmental and financial benefits of powering their home by renewable energy (solar), and maintaining customer relations as you oversee their account throughout the entire process.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • STUDENT MENTALITY / COACHABILITY / MUST HAVE A HUNGER TO LEARN
  • MUST BE A COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL 
  • (MUST HAVE) Direct Sales Experience (1 year or more)
  • (MUST HAVE) Solar Experience (1 year or more)
  • Must know how to self generate appointments
  • Cell Phone AND Laptop/Tablet for showing Proposals.
  • MUST be comfortable with In-home presentations.
  • A professional presence.
  • Manage personal KPI’s and objectives. Be certain targets, goals and KPI’s are met!


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Market Clark Energies and generate new clientele
  • Educate and engage potential customers by explaining the financials benefits by switching to solar energy.
  • Conduct personalized consultations to assess customer energy needs, recommending the best solar solutions customized to their homes.
  • Build, nurture, and follow-up with customers while supporting them throughout the post sales process and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Provide information on financing options, incentives, and rebates.
  • Organize and manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure we over-deliver on customer experience.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of solar products, industry trends, and competitive offerings through training and development.
Compensation: $190,000.00 per year
