About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Large Loss Estimator to join Restoration 1 of Beaumont. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients, and we are seeking a team member who shares our passion for excellence.

Responsibilities:

Assess and estimate large loss restoration projects
Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope and requirements
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in large loss fire and water loss estimation
Knowledge of restoration industry practices and techniques
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Ability to write estimates in Xactimate and Symbility
Structural framing and rough trade knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g. IICRC certification) preferred

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
