Join our team as an Insurance Solutions Specialist.

You will lead client conversations, provide personalized insurance guidance, and support both existing clients and new business in auto, life, health, and fire insurance.

In this role, you’ll balance client service and outreach by identifying needs, offering solutions, and managing relationships. You’ll engage with clients by phone, video, or in person, while collaborating with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client conversations, identify needs, and recommend insurance solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand coverage and offer additional products.
  • Follow up, provide quotes, and complete new policy setups.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Respond to client inquiries and manage service requests like billing, claims, and policy changes.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and comfort leading client conversations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter with a drive to take initiative and get things done.
  • Comfortable with change and quick to adapt to new situations.
  • Natural problem-solver who enjoys thinking on their feet.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • Must either already have or be willing to obtain insurance licenses

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
