ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jay Temaat - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with customer retention strategies.
Appointment scheduling.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifying appointments.
Confirming appointments for agents and team members.
Complete post-appointment follow-up steps.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Our office is open 9-5 Monday - Friday.
We have 10 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
