Solid Restoration LLC, a leader in the restoration industry, is seeking an experienced Build-Back Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee the restoration and reconstruction of residential and commercial properties. This role focuses on managing the build-back phase of projects following water, fire, or other property damages, ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant completion.

Responsibilities

Manage the build-back phase of restoration projects, from initial planning through final delivery.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Act as the primary liaison with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters, providing consistent updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the mitigation team and estimators to align on project scopes and budgets.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of each phase.
Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality, resolving issues as they arise.
Ensure projects comply with local building codes, industry standards, and company quality guidelines.
Document and report project progress, challenges, and completion details using project management software.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management in restoration, construction, or related industries, with a focus on build-back or reconstruction.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of restoration processes, insurance claims, and construction methods.
Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Technology: Proficiency with project management software such as DASH, Xactimate, or similar tools.
License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
