🌿 Responsibilities & Preferred Skills – Part-Time Sales Associate 🌿
As a Sales Associate at The Spice & Tea Exchange® of Omaha, you’ll help create an inviting and flavorful experience for every guest by:
✅ Providing Stellar Customer Service:
- Greet every guest with our signature welcome and follow-up lines
- Assist customers with product selection, usage tips, and personalized recommendations
- Build connections with customers to encourage return visits and word-of-mouth referrals
✅ Maintaining Inventory & Store Appearance:
- Stock shelves, counters, and displays while monitoring inventory levels
- Notify management of low-stock items to ensure product availability
- Assist in pricing and labeling merchandise accurately
✅ Product Handling & Preparation:
- Blend and package products as needed
- Retrieve requested merchandise and answer product-related questions
- Maintain accurate product knowledge by reading materials and attending training
✅ Following Store Procedures:
- Adhere to operational standards and daily store procedures
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Preferred Skills:
✨ Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating a great experience
✨ Excellent verbal and written communication
✨ Ability to measure ingredients, use a scale, and follow recipes with basic math skills
