Who Weโre Looking For:
Weโre seeking energetic, compassionate individuals who love helping others succeed. If you have a background in coaching, teaching, tutoring, psychology, neuroscience, or youth development, this is a perfect fitโbut no experience is required! The ideal candidate:
โ๏ธ Enjoys working with children and adults in a one-on-one setting.
โ๏ธ Learns quickly and is highly teachable.
โ๏ธ Has strong reading, spelling, and phonemic awareness skills.
โ๏ธ Is available at least 3 days per week between 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. M-F or 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. S (10โ20 hours available).
โ๏ธ Has a minimum of a bachelorโs degree (or is working toward one).
โ๏ธ Has a positive, coach-like attitude and thrives in an engaging environment.
โ๏ธ Learns quickly and is highly teachable.
โ๏ธ Has strong reading, spelling, and phonemic awareness skills.
โ๏ธ Is available at least 3 days per week between 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. M-F or 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. S (10โ20 hours available).
