Job Summary:
  We are looking for a compassionate and organized RN Field Supervisor to oversee our home care team and ensure top-quality client care. This role involves managing care plans, supervising field staff, and ensuring compliance with home care regulations. The RN will work closely with clients, families, and caregivers to provide personalized support. Most visits occur during business hours, and compensation is per completed assessment visit.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Personal Care Aides and Companion Caregivers.
  • Develop and implement initial in-home care plans for clients.
  • Ensure clients and families understand and follow the Plan of Care.
  • Update and revise care plans as needed.
  • Delegate tasks and provide ongoing training to caregivers.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Stay compliant with state home care regulations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of current health and home care practices.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Conduct in-home supervisory visits as required by agency guidelines and state regulations.
  • Make well-informed nursing decisions that benefit the clients' health and well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in the state of Maryland.
  • 2-4 years of experience in private duty home care (preferred).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client care skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit clients in their homes.
  • Current CPR certification.

Compensation: $70.00 - $140.00 per hour
