House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvements company specializing in both home repair and remodels in the St Charles County, MO, Chesterfield and nearby area.

Typical jobs involves small repairs, maintenance, drywall, painting, doors, flooring, carpentry, light plumbing and electrical, tile, deck, fence, siding, etc. Some full remodels, make ready and built outs.

This position is for highly organized and customer centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required - basic construction skills are necessary.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

● Hands-on field team lead. Work along side with your team member to complete various handyman and remodel jobs.
● Manage effective job flow, clean and safe job site.
● Coordinate with Operations Manger and office team to deliver jobs on time, with great quality and services.
● Plan, Organize and manage equipment and materials required to complete daily tasks

● Provide exceptional customer service consistently on each job.
● Lead and develop team members
● Assist in job estimation
● Follow company policies and processes
● Ensure job-site safety
● Representing House Doctors in the local community

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

● 5 to 10+ years of multi-skilled carpenter experience in construction, home repair and remodel industry

● Hands-on skills with knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies (Must be good at more than 3 of the following skills: drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.)

● Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems

● Friendly personality and committed to great customer service

● A strong work ethic and highly dependable

● Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools

● Driver's license is required
