Part-Time Remote Dental Insurance Biller
We are seeking an experienced Dental Insurance Biller to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This position offers flexible hours, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to balance work with other commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Submit and track dental insurance claims
- Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve denials
- Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dental insurance billing
- Strong understanding of CDT codes, EOBs, and dental insurance processes
- Proficiency in dental billing software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

About Us
Dr. Prokopets
Eugenia Prokopets, DDS, MSD, is a board-certified Periodontist and Dental Implant Specialist who uses minimally invasive periodontal and implant microsurgery techniques to improve patients' oral health. Dr. Prokopets completed a three-year residency and a Master’s degree in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at Louisiana State University. Dr. Prokopets received training in all aspects of implants including:
- esthetic implant surgery
- sinus elevation
- esthetic gum grafting
- bone grafting
- microsurgery
- full mouth implant rehabilitation
In addition, Dr. Prokopets’ training allows her to provide IV sedation for dental anxiety, and is one of the only Periodontists in the Washington DC area providing this service. She is also the only periodontist performing microsurgery using a highly specialized microscope in the states of Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC.
