About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate 1:1 Support Staff to provide direct supervision and emotional support for youth in out-of-home care. Your role will be to de-escalate conflicts, encourage positive behavior, and ensure a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Supervise and support youth on a 1:1 basis.
✔️ Use crisis de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement.
✔️ Assist with daily activities, social engagement, and behavior coaching.
✔️ Maintain daily reports and service documentation.
✔️ Ensure youth safety and follow mandated reporting guidelines.

Requirements:
🔹 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
🔹 High School Diploma/GED + 2 years experience OR
🔹 Associate’s degree + 1 year experience in human services.
🔹 Certified or willing to complete training in: Crisis Intervention, First Aid & CPR.
🔹 Background check required.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
