We are looking for the best early childhood education professionals and people who want to learn a new career to be part of our bilingual team and community in Roseville and Mahtomedi. Share your language and culture with young children and make a real difference every day!
A $250 bonus is offered after the first six months (for full-time positions)!
- Full-time positions
- Positions paid by the hour depending on the applicant's education and experience. Classroom Leads/Maestras $20-$23 hourly and Asistente and Aides/Auxiliares $17-$19 hourly
- OT for positions paid by the hour ("Overtime" - hourly pay x 1.5 for hours worked spending 40 hours in a week)

Primary responsibilities include:
- Promote high quality Spanish immersion program developed for the education and care of children ages 0-5.
- Support our mission and vision to create a caring and fun community of educators and families to share our love of children, language, and learning
- Maintain positive relationships with families.
Requirements:
- Experience and education in the field of Early Childhood Education will determine the level of qualification as an Assistant Teacher
- Be fluent in mandatory Spanish and preferred English.
- Have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Work as a team and professionally.
- Observe high standards of attendance and professional behavior.
- Have a positive, enthusiastic, and dedicated attitude to work with children and their families.
- Participate in orientation and training, other required professional trainings
- Pass the state's criminal assessment and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide proof of vaccinations that are required by the health department for children in centers (Rotavirus, annual Flu, and COVID-19 vaccines are recommended).
- Physical ability to be able to care for children ages 0-5 and lift up to 30 pounds.
