You’ll be a key contributor to our agency’s growth, focusing on building strong client relationships, closing new business, and mentoring fellow producers. Your sales success and leadership will inspire the team to exceed ambitious goals.

- Meet and surpass individual and team sales targets
- Build and maintain exceptional client relationships
- Mentor and support other producers to grow their skills
- Collaborate with leadership on business growth strategies
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge
- Maintain compliance and licenses in P&C & Life & Health
- Promote a positive, energetic, and collaborative team culture

- Fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insuranceÂ

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Cecilton, MD and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:Â
