Stronger Youth Brands (headquarters for Soccer Shots and Little Kickers franchise systems) is looking for an engaging, attentive, and resourceful Franchise Business Consultant to provide ongoing support and training to 25-40 of our Soccer Shots franchise partners (small businesses) as they grow their operations and serve more children in their local communities.
Soccer Shots has more than 300 franchise locations throughout the US and Canada providing intro-to-soccer programming to over 500,000 children ages 2-8 each year. Through excellence in coaching and our top-tier-age-appropriate curriculum geared toward helping kids develop strong character and social skills, we aim to provide participating kids and their families with a beloved, memorable, growth-enriched experience.
Franchise Business Consultants empower our franchise business owners and their teams to achieve their goals, ultimately bettering our brand and enhancing the Soccer Shots experience for the children and families we serve.
They’re responsible for:
They’re responsible for:
- Acting as a conduit/liaison between the ‘Franchise Support Team’ (headquarters) and a regional group our Soccer Shots franchisees (US and Canada), connecting them to our team’s quality resources and knowledge.
- Providing 1:1 support to 25-40 franchise partners and their teams (through KPIs and metrics, EOS, P&L and operations support).
- Help to identify and address operational challenges affecting franchise performance
- Support enforcement of brand compliance and requirements with franchise businesses
- Administer individual and group training on Soccer Shots operations and business best practices.
- Consult collaboratively with other departments on projects and initiatives
We're looking for hard-working, team-players with:
- At least 4 years experience in a business coaching/consulting role, relating to business development, training, team building, and/or operations
- *Franchise Business Consulting experience or experience working at a franchisor level preferred
- Strong business acumen
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for business growth
- Passion for serving children
- Customer Service mentality
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- An ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high-quality work

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
