At Brant Blessing State Farm, we’re committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Retention Team Member, you’ll help clients feel supported—answering questions, resolving concerns, and strengthening long-term relationships. We provide coaching and training so you can succeed in the role.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Resolve issues by researching details, communicating clearly, and providing next steps
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and policy records
- Support retention efforts by following up and building long-term relationships
- Identify additional client needs during conversations and offer helpful solutions (with training and guidance)
- Work closely with teammates across the agency to ensure every client receives great service
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve your skills
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer-first attitude
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressure
- Customer service experience is preferred (not required)
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
