Job Overview: A successful State Farm office in California is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team remotely. Please note: Team members are required to work during standard office hours from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct needs-based assessments and educate customers about various insurance options.
Collaborate with the sales team to make outbound calls and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity goals.
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Generate leads and actively seek out new business opportunities.
Utilize your expertise in our insurance products to recommend, articulate, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
Goal-driven and motivated by achieving tangible results.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Must have prior experience as a team member in a State Farm office.
Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Valid Life & Health Insurance license.
