Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced Luxury Sales Professionals with a strong background in high-end jewelry and luxury goods. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry knowledge, a deep network within the luxury market, and a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is not entry-level and requires strong sales acumen, high-level negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through exceptional client engagement and personalized service.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW clients, collectors, and industry insiders.
  • Consult and advise clients on unique pieces, investment opportunities, and bespoke jewelry services.
  • Leverage your extensive network in the luxury industry to expand the client base.
  • Attend exclusive events, private showings, and industry gatherings to promote the brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on VIP client experiences, product launches, and private sales.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of high-end jewelry, diamonds, and luxury market trends.
  • Effectively negotiate high-value transactions while ensuring client trust and satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed insights on craftsmanship, diamond quality, and investment-grade pieces.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and discretion with all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to tailor offerings to client demand.
  • Track sales performance and contribute to revenue growth through strategic selling initiatives.
Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high-end jewelry or luxury goods sales (minimum 5-10 years in a similar role).
  • A strong network within the luxury sector, including UHNW individuals, collectors, and industry professionals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of client psychology.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of gemology, diamonds, and fine jewelry craftsmanship is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel internationally for client meetings and exclusive events as required.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (such as English, French, Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin) is a plus.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $160,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
