We are looking for top talent: People with experience talking to homeowners directly, working in the field.
This is NOT an office position. You will be working OUTDOORS, in neighborhoods visiting our previous customers and speaking to the neighbors that need our products and making appointments with them.
Position Details: This is a permanent position with full and part-time available. This role will be responsible for setting and confirming appointment times with interested customers for their Home Improvement projects such as Impact windows and Roofing while representing the company.

Responsibilities include:
- Speaking with homeowners in-person daily to promote our products and services on an outside canvassing basis
- Delivering simply prepared information talks with the customer that describe services and provide important information to the customer
- Setting and confirming appointment times by calling or texting directly to our corporate office
- Generating sales leads and building a pipeline of future customers by creating a memorable, personal connection
- Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance when representing the company
Position Benefits:
- Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time and work locations in Florida (east and west coast)
- Work close to home
- Uncapped earning potential with bi-weekly hourly pay plus commission. Income ranges $30.00- $60.00/hr, including commission. Top people are earning around $80 an hour, on average.

We are rapidly expanding and need appointment setters with experience. Elite Leads is a lead generation company currently adding new energy saving home improvement organizations to our client base. We continue to add home improvement product offerings to the home owner. Our networking, canvassing, telemarketing, and special events teams work together to provide growth to our clients.
We are hiring immediately to continue our expansion and growth throughout Florida.
Compensation: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
