Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Actively seek out and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and utilizing social media platforms to identify leads.
    • Develop and execute aggressive prospecting strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
  2. Sales Strategy Execution:

    • Utilize a hunter mentality to pursue and convert leads into loyal clients, focusing on high-impact sales tactics and innovative approaches.
    • Set ambitious sales goals and consistently strive to meet or exceed targets through relentless follow-up and strategic closing techniques.
  3. Relationship Building:

    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs and pain points.
    • Leverage these relationships to create referral opportunities and expand your network within the community.
  4. Solution Selling:

    • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of our insurance products and how they meet the client's needs.
    • Tailor solutions to address specific client challenges, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor rather than just a salesperson.
  5. Market Intelligence:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Continuously analyze and refine your sales tactics based on market feedback and performance metrics.
  6. Closing and Follow-Up:

    • Demonstrate a relentless pursuit of closing deals, with a strong focus on overcoming objections and driving final decisions.
    • Ensure thorough follow-up with clients post-sale to secure renewals and upsell additional coverage as their needs evolve.
Qualifications:

  • New to the insurance industry or possess a proven track record of consistent sales success in any field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • A strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach to sales and lead generation.
  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented, with a passion for closing deals.
  • Knowledge of various insurance products and services is a plus; relevant licenses preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to leverage technology to enhance sales performance.

Compensation: $22.00 - $48.00 per hour
