Job Summary
We are seeking a LPN to work in a fast paced environment, where time management is essential. The LPN position will ensure the company mission, vision and values, the LPN will provide quality care to clients and their families.
We are looking for an LPN who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. Our LPN must effectively work in their patient's needs. 
To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong penchant for solving problems. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate with other colleagues to manage medications. 
  • Work in an on call rotation.
  • Able to interact effectively and professionally with client and/or support network
  • Assure Caregivers are complying with the Care Plan 
  • Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes 
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with supervisor 
Qualifications
  • LPN in state of employment 
  • Previous experience as a LPN is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • First aid/CPR certification required 
Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
