ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency celebrates its 5th anniversary on April 1, 2025, but I’ve been with State Farm since 2012. I lead a team of six—three in-office and three remote—and we’re moving into a beautiful new building in March 2025. We offer flexible hours, personalized training, competitive pay with commissions and bonuses, PTO, a 401K match, and snacks. Health or life insurance benefits are coming in 2025, and we even have an office dog!

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and am passionate about giving back. We support the homeless with clothing drives, partner with the local YMCA for kids' programs, and sponsor events like the Lafayette Music Fest. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shawn Hughes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
