ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency celebrates its 5th anniversary on April 1, 2025, but I’ve been with State Farm since 2012. I lead a team of six—three in-office and three remote—and we’re moving into a beautiful new building in March 2025. We offer flexible hours, personalized training, competitive pay with commissions and bonuses, PTO, a 401K match, and snacks. Health or life insurance benefits are coming in 2025, and we even have an office dog!

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and am passionate about giving back. We support the homeless with clothing drives, partner with the local YMCA for kids' programs, and sponsor events like the Lafayette Music Fest. As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Shawn Hughes - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
