Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- 8+ Years Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, version control, change management, and secure, high-performance Salesforce architecture on Force.com.
- 8+ Years End-to-end Salesforce expertise in Lightning upgrades, data migration, integrations, 3rd-party apps, and custom development.
- 8+ Years OAuth-based 3rd-party integrations, web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery), and web services (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML)
- 8+ Years Salesforce integration with cloud & on-prem apps using REST APIs, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in DevOps (CI/CD, Flosum, Git).
- 1+ year experience in creating custom Salesforce Reports & Dashboards.
- 1+ year experience in Agile Software Development Methodologies
Specific skill set required
- Salesforce Development: Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components.
- Salesforce No-Code Configurations: Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules.
- Integration & APIs: REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth authentication.
- SDLC & Version Control: Change control, best practices, Git.
- Web Technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Agile Methodologies: Scrum-based development.
- CI/CD pipeline, version control, DevOps too
