What You’ll Do:
- Manage Client Accounts: Keep our database up-to-date and ensure our clients’ information is accurate.
- Assist Clients: Help clients with policy changes and answer their questions with confidence.
- Process Claims: Navigate insurance claims smoothly and keep clients informed every step of the way.
- Collaborate with Underwriters: Work together to ensure timely policy issuance and enhance client satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Motivated & Sociable: If you’re a people person with a passion for helping others, we want you!
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Excellent Communicator: Your communication and customer service skills will shine in this role.
- Sales-Driven: If you have a knack for sales, that’s a big plus!
- Willing to Learn: You’ll need to obtain a P&C Insurance license within 30 days and a Life and Health license within 90 days.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
