Jean Works Insurance & Financial Services Inc is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency, plan and manage marketing events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Assist new and existing customers with policy changes and renewals.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Arizona insurance producers license for Property, Casualty, Life and Health.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, efficient in managing tasks with competing demands for your attention in a busy atmosphere. Know how to prioritize the important and the urgent.
- Customer service and communication skills. Proficient with keyboard typing and office software.
- Previous 3 to 5 years' experience in insurance. Familiar with insurance forms, concepts and coverage.
- Passionate about helping people with their insurance needs.
