We are seeking a passionate and experienced chef/cook to prepare nutritious, balanced, and child-friendly meals for pre-kindergarten and school-aged children. This position involves planning and preparing daily meals, ensuring food safety standards are met, and accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with children, a deep understanding of nutritional needs for young kids, and experience in a school or daycare kitchen environment.

- Proven experience as a chef, cook, or similar role in a school, daycare, or childcare setting if possible.
- Knowledge of nutrition for children and experience preparing age-appropriate, healthy meals.
- Understanding of food allergies, dietary restrictions, and the importance of food safety.
- Ability to follow recipes, adapt to special needs, and manage time efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
- Passion for working with children and creating a positive mealtime experience.
*SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE. WOULD PREFERABLY LIKE AN CONTRACTED COOK*
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
