Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Fleet Administrator, you will:
Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of company vehicles,
registrations, insurance, fuel consumption, and maintenance through our
advanced fleet management software.
Coordinate Operations: Assist in coordinating vehicle maintenance, acquisition,
disposal, and replacement.
Telematics Oversight: Audit and update telematics accounts while monitoring
driver behavior.
Claims Management: Oversee vehicle insurance claims and registration
renewals.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations, finance,
and human resources to address fleet and facility-related needs.

  • knowledge would be a plus.

Fleetio Knowledge: Experience with Fleetio fleet management software is a plus
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
