Overview:

· Pull surgery restocks

· Generate shipping labels

· Configure surgical sets

· Prepare, pack, and ship inventory shipments

· Check-in inventory shipments (surgical sets, vendor orders, inventory returns/exchanges)

· Cycle inventory counts – warehouse (daily, weekly, monthly)

· Inventory counts / checks - loaner sets

· Data entry in Excel and Navision Business Central

· Assist with all aspects of field audit

· Transport inventory locally as needed (airport, facility, meet up with rep, etc.)

· Assist with special projects

· Take occasional weekend on-call

· Attend weekly staff meeting

· Provide customer service wherever needed and whenever possible

· Answer phones: Inventory Department

· Review and reply to emails throughout each day as needed

· Provide logistics support for tradeshows and meetings

Requirements:

· Experience working in inventory/warehouse

· Attention to detail

· Organizational skills and the ability to multitask

· Works well with others
