We specialize in commercial and home services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, exterior building soft washing, gutter cleaning and holiday lighting—delivering Cleaner, Safer, Better solutions to our customers.

The Position: Commercial & Residential Services Technician

🔹Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing and holiday lighting with top-tier equipment and training.
🔹Complete “ground-game” marketing tactics including hanging door-signs, setting up road-side signs, earn customer reviews and perform other tasks to increase the visibility of the Sparkle Squad brand.
🔹 Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
🔹 Work independently and in teams, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
🔹 Take pride in wowing customers with high-quality results.
🔹 Continuously improve through training and feedback.
🔹 Be recognized and rewarded for your hard work and contributions.
