Weekend Caregiver – FirstLight Home Care

Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in someone's life? FirstLight Home Care is seeking Weekend Caregivers to join our team! If you have a passion for helping others and providing high-quality care, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and personal care assistance to clients in their homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility, including transfers and walking assistance
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Remind clients to take medications as needed
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
  • Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments, errands, and outings
Requirements:

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required – we provide training!
  • Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday shifts)
  • A compassionate and patient attitude
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $15.00 per hour

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a local franchisee.
